The reason I chose this image for my lino cut was because I really enjoy fishing and the out doors and its a good picture of me. My first challenging part was finding out how I was gonna do all the textures in the picture such as the grass and the trees and bushes. I then had to transfer it to the wood block which brings me to my second challenge which was  carving out the little details I put into the picture. I had to change my grass style becasue it was to complex to carve out. I really liked this project it was a lot of fun to see it all come together at the end of the project.
